The cozy wooden interiors, combined with the creaky floorboards and crackling fireplace, made evenings inviting. We savored the delicious homemade breakfast while gazing out at the amazing mountain views; the best pancakes I've had in ages! And can we talk about the trails? With over 5km of accessible paths right from the lodge, we felt like explorers, walking through a Jurassic wonderland-all while keeping an eye out for the vibrant Quetzals! It's a great place for immersive experiences, especially if you're traveling with friends or family who appreciate nature. A stay here is about more than just relaxation-it's an adventure filled with cultural richness from the local cuisine and the surrounding natural beauty.
